ABOUT OREN
Oren Korenblum is a New York City–based award-winning choreographer, performer, tap artist, dance educator, and Founder and Artistic Director of Oren Korenblum Dance Company.
Originally from Israel, Oren has more than 20 years of professional experience performing, choreographing, and teaching throughout the United States, Europe, China, and Israel. His choreography has been featured in Off-Broadway productions, regional theatres, television, live events, and commercial projects, including NBC’s Red Nose Day. In 2022, he received the Carbonell Award for Outstanding Choreography for Come Out! Come Out! and earned two additional Carbonell Award nominations in 2023.
As an educator, Oren is on the faculty of Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, Marymount Manhattan College, and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). He is also a BLOCH Educator and Content Creator, proudly representing BLOCH as the company’s first male Tap Educator.
Whether choreographing a new production, teaching a master class, or performing on stage, Oren is passionate about inspiring artists through creativity, musicality, and the joy of movement.
